Pregnancy and early parenthood can be exciting, joyful, intense, challenging and everything in between. At SAP we want to support you and your partner through this life-changing experience. To do this we've teamed up with Peppy Parenthood to give you access to a range of certified and vetted pre and postnatal practitioners. They help new and expectant mums and dads to get the support they need, when they need it.

This service is available to all employees and their partners at SAP UK, you just need an SAP email address to sign up. It is aimed at those in the final trimester of pregnancy and with babies up to 9 months old. You can download Peppy’s mobile app from the App Store or Google Play to be given access to:

  • Chat with an expert pre & postnatal practitioner
  • Video consultations with lactation and baby sleep consultants
  • Specialist pre & postnatal mental health support
  • Peer support through small group chats and virtual seminars
  • Online exercise classes, designed for pre & postnatal women

Peppy partners with the National Childbirth Trust (NCT), the Lactation Consultants of Great Britain among many others, and have delivered large scale support services to the NHS. Peppy Parenthood Support is anonymous. You can find out more at at www.peppy.health

Tax savings

The money you pay for some benefits (such as your pension) is taken from your salary before tax and National Insurance are deducted. This means you don’t pay any tax on the money you use to fund these benefits. For some other benefits (such as tax-free saving for childcare) the tax is added back on to your contribution when the benefit is provided.

You can sign up for flexible benefits at any point during the year. Be aware that you can’t always make changes to these benefits at any time during the year, so check on the conditions when you sign up.
