Putting mental health on a par with your physical health

At SAP we are proud to continue our important focus on mental health. It can be considered as a taboo subject in the workplace, with many choosing not to ask for support and advice they would benefit from when dealing with stress and mental illness. Now, perhaps even more than ever, it is important that the right support is in place.

We are pleased that we now have thirty-five fully trained mental health first aiders in the UK across a variety of our office locations. Our ambition is to increase this number to fifty. You can find more details on our mental health first aiders here, or by viewing the video below.

Help to reduce the stigma around mental health and encourage the openness of conversation!

Tax savings

Tax savings

The money you pay for some benefits (such as your pension) is taken from your salary before tax and National Insurance are deducted. This means you don’t pay any tax on the money you use to fund these benefits. For some other benefits (such as tax-free saving for childcare) the tax is added back on to your contribution when the benefit is provided.
