Mental Health Training

Removing the taboo around mental health in the workplace

Mental Health Training Mental Health Training

At SAP UK we are proud to continue our important focus on mental health. We are working hard to make it less of a taboo subject in the workplace.

To truly demonstrate that we take this seriously we invite all senior employees to a training session which will educate them on the appropriate actions to take when spotting mental wellbeing issues. Held over a four hour period, these face-to-face sessions not only improve professional development, but also ensure the right skills are in place to support in such a situation.

Training sessions are held at the start of each quarter. Look out for the invite and sign up to join 170 of your senior colleagues who have already attended this.

Tax savings

Tax savings

The money you pay for some benefits (such as your pension) is taken from your salary before tax and National Insurance are deducted. This means you don’t pay any tax on the money you use to fund these benefits. For some other benefits (such as tax-free saving for childcare) the tax is added back on to your contribution when the benefit is provided.
